What other services do you offer besides grooming?

We also offer dog walking, pet sitting (overnight or visits), in-home dental cleaning (non-anesthetic), and more. Every service is personalized based on your pet’s needs.

How far in advance should I book an appointment?

We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for weekends or holidays, as slots fill up quickly.

Are you insured or certified?

Yes. Our groomer is certified and trained, and we take your pet’s needs very seriously. We also operate with full care and responsibility at all times.

How do you handle pets with anxiety or special needs?

We treat every pet with love and patience. By working one-on-one and in their home environment, we create a calm and comforting experience.

Are your grooming products safe and natural?

Absolutely. We use pet-safe, gentle and natural products that are free from harsh chemicals — because your pet deserves the best.

Are your dog treats safe for all breeds?

Absolutely. All our treats are made with natural, dog-safe ingredients and suitable for all breeds and sizes. If your pup has allergies, let us know — we’ll customize it.

Are your cakes and desserts edible for humans too?

They smell and look delicious, but they’re specially crafted for doggie tummies — no sugar, salt or harmful ingredients for humans. (Though humans have taken a bite!)

Do you use organic ingredients?

Yes, we use organic ingredients whenever possible — especially for key items like bananas or peanut butter. Clean and wholesome for your furry love.

Can I order for birthdays or special events?

Of course! We love celebrating with you. Just let us know your dog’s name, frosting color preferences, and event date — we’ll handle the rest.

Do your cakes contain any real chocolate?

No! we use Carob powder, a safe and tasty alternative for dogs that looks like chocolate but is 100% pup-approved and non-toxic.

What's the shelf life of your cakes and treats?

All treats are preservative-free and best kept in the fridge. Cakes should be consumed within 3-5 days, and frozen treats can last up to a month.

Do you ship or is it local delivery only?

Currently, we offer local delivery and pick up in selected areas of Georgia. We’re working to expand shipping options soon!

What areas do you serve?

We currently offer services in Maine for all our services (grooming, pet care and sweets) and Georgia (only for treats, sweets and desserts). Availability may vary by location.
