Terms and Conditions

  1. Appointments & Cancellations:

    • All services must be booked in advance.

    • Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.

    • No-shows or late cancellations may incur a 50% fee of the total service.

    • Repeated cancellations may result in denied future bookings.

  2. Health & Pet’s behavior

    • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, aggressive behavior or special needs before the appointment.

    • We reserve the right to refuse or stop services at any time if a pet poses a risk to itself, our team, or others.

    • All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming. A valid vaccination record may be requested prior to any service. This ensures the safety of your pet, our team and other animals. Abril & Coco Pet Care reserves the right to decline or cancel a service if vaccination requirements are not met.

  3. Liability

    • While we take the utmost care with every pet, Abril & Coco Pet Care is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions, unexpected reactions, or accidents resulting from non-disclosed issues.

    • Owners are fully responsible for veterinary costs in case of emergency unless caused directly by our proven negligence.

  4. In-home Grooming Services

    • Clients must ensure a safe, clean and accessible area for our groomer to work.

    • Any damage to tools or equipment caused by a pet or unsafe environment may be charged to the client.

  5. Payments

    • Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

    • We accept Zelle, Cash, Venmo, Debit and Credit cards.

  6. Orders & Customization

    • All treats are handmade to order and may vary slightly in shape or color.

    • Custom orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance and require full payment upfront.

    • We do not accept last-minute changes once baking has started.

  7. Ingredients & Allergies

    • All treats are made with dog-safe, natural ingredients, but we cannot guarantee they are free of all allergens.

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and consult with their vet before offering our products to dogs with health conditions or allergies.

  8. Refunds & Returns

    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

    • Refunds will only be issued if a mistake was made on our part (wrong product, order not delivered, etc).

  9. Storage & Consumption

    • We provide guidelines for proper storage and shelf life. We are not responsible for products spoiled due to incorrect handling after delivery.

  10. Liability Disclaimer

    • Abril & Coco is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by unknown or undisclosed pet allergies or if a product is consumed past its shelf life.

  11. Delivery & Availability

    • Delivery is available in designated areas only. We are not liable for delays due to weather, carrier, issues or incorrect address input.

    • Availability of services may vary depending on your location, scheduling and staff availability.

  12. Contact & Agreement
